Getting started
- Enter your business details in the settings
- Configure keywords starting with # (e.g., #HELP, #INFO)
- Set up auto-responses for each keyword
- Enable the auto-reply service
- Save your settings
Keywords
- All keywords must start with #
- Keywords are case-insensitive
- Free: 2 keyword slots · Premium: 30 keyword slots
- When someone texts a keyword, they receive your auto-response

Response templates
Use templates to quickly create responses with variables:
{businessname} — Your business name
{business-address} — Your business address
{businessnumber} — Your business number
{businessemail} — Your business email
{sendersname} — Sender's name (if saved in contacts)
{date} — Current date
{time} — Current time
