  1. Enter your business details in the settings
  2. Configure keywords starting with # (e.g., #HELP, #INFO)
  3. Set up auto-responses for each keyword
  4. Enable the auto-reply service
  5. Save your settings

  • All keywords must start with #
  • Keywords are case-insensitive
  • Free: 2 keyword slots | Premium: 30 keyword slots
  • When someone texts a keyword, they'll receive your auto-response
